The challenge: their design software could create stunning products but couldn’t extract critical manufacturing data like cut lengths, material costs, or dimensions needed for pricing and inventory. They were managing 7,000+ unique products with no efficient way to get them online or calculate accurate pricing. We built a complete automation suite that extracts data from DXF design files, processes it through custom Python tools, automatically generates product descriptions and pricing formulas in a master Excel database, converts design files to web-ready PNG images with realistic metal finishes, and even auto-scales products onto lifestyle background images for the website. What was once a manual, error-prone process taking months is now fully automated. The result: a comprehensive product catalog ready for e-commerce launch in weeks, not years.
